Terms of use

1. The service

IranRouter provides access to third-party AI models through an OpenAI-compatible API. We do not build these models and do not control their output.

The list of available models, known limitations and each model's rate are published on this site and may change.

2. Your account

• Sign-in is by mobile number and one-time code. Protecting access to your number is your responsibility.
• Your API key is a password. If it leaks, revoke it immediately from the dashboard; usage incurred with a leaked key is yours.
• Several people may use one account, but the account holder is responsible for all of its usage.

3. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension:

• Anything that is a crime under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
• Generating criminal or harassing content, or content infringing others' rights.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, spend caps or the billing mechanism.
• Reselling the service as your own product, absent a separate written agreement.
• The destination provider's own terms also govern your requests.

4. Billing and payment

• The service is prepaid: you top up a wallet and usage is deducted from the balance.
• Cost is computed from tokens actually consumed at the day's FX rate, which may change daily.
• VAT is INCLUDED in the stated amount; the invoice total equals exactly what you paid.
• Every top-up produces an official invoice, available in your dashboard.
• If your balance is insufficient, requests are refused. We never charge you automatically.

5. Refunds

• Unused wallet balance is refundable up to the amount topped up, within the statutory period. Request it through the channels on the Contact page.
• Amounts already consumed are not refundable, because that cost was paid to the destination provider.
• If money left your account but the wallet was not credited, it is returned automatically once the gateway confirms, or via support.
• A credit note is issued for any refund.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We depend on external providers and a network path, and disruption there can affect us. Live state is published on the status page.

A service level agreement applies only under a separate enterprise contract.

7. Limitation of liability

AI model output may be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Verifying it and deciding how to use it is your responsibility.

Our liability is in all cases capped at what you paid for the service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, abuse, or legal requirement. If we close an account absent a breach, unused balance is refunded.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and disputes fall to the competent Iranian authorities.
